On the road (again) to the Sisters  Outdoor Quilt Show!!

Join us on this annual tour as we travel to Sisters, Oregon  for the exciting Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show, shopping at the Stitching Post as well as the Quilting Trends Vendor Show at The Riverhouse Convention Center and Fabric Depot in Portland!  As always, there will be door prize drawings throughout the tour and a wide variety of snacks and beverages available for your enjoyment.

 

July 11 - 13, 2008 (Friday through Sunday)

RATE:  $375.00 per person in shared double occupancy (2 Queen Beds) suite.

NOTE:  The 2008 tour is WAITLISTED at this time.

 Tour Includes: 

Light snacks, fruit, and beverages, a souvenir tote bag, and special quilting related gifts will await you on-board our deluxe motor coach transportation from pick-up locations at the Highway 512 Park and Ride in Tacoma; Top Foods, 5600 Martin Way in Lacey,  and the Best Western, 5188 Capitol Blvd. S.E. in Tumwater with door prize drawings throughout the tour. 

Two nights at the beautiful Riverhouse Hotel in Bend, Oregon with a delicious continental breakfast included.

Mini “Shop Hop” to several popular quilt shops in Oregon and the opportunity to attend the 2008 Quilting Trends Show being held at The Riverhouse Convention Center!

 Sisters Quilt Show - Saturday where we have reserved parking only one block from the center of town and  one block from the food court at the park.

Reserve your space NOW on our WAITLIST (in case of a cancellation) for 2008 with a $25.00 per person deposit (check or money order only, please) that will be refunded if space does not become available.   If space becomes available, your tour balance will be due May 15, 2008.  

Cancellation policy (for those currently registered on the tour):      

                                                Cancellations before May 1, 2008:          $25.00 per person

                                                Cancellations May 2 to May 15, 2008:     $50.00 per person

                                                Cancellations May 16 to June 5, 2008:    50% of tour cost per person

                                                Cancellations June 6 to June 19, 2008    75% of tour cost per person

                                                Cancellations after June 20, 2008:          SORRY, NO REFUNDS
