Quilt Camp at Sea is pleased that Diane Vandervoort will join the 2009 Alaska Quilt Camp at Sea as a special guest lecturer and instructor!  Please visit her website at www.temari.com to learn more about the fascinating 1,000 year old craft known as Temari, a creative art form of breath-taking splendor. It has survived the thousand years because of its endless design potential and creative possibilities!

Diana Vandervoort, best selling author of Temari instructions, is a graduate of the University of California Santa Barbara, and holds a teaching credential in art. She has lectured and demonstrated Temari at the official reopening of the Los Angeles public library, as guest teacher for Embroiderers Guild of America, and California Fiber Arts State Conference.
